Please don't resell any of my designs for more than you got them for if they don't have added worth.
If you traded an OC/art the worth of the OC/art you traded is how much you can sell them for. If the OC has added art though, please don't oversell it still, make the price fair.If you have Toyhouse, and you get the design on there, KEEP IT ON THERE. If you want to hide it, you have to authorize me so I can see it (you can make a specific list so that it's just me who can see my design).Also if you have Toyhouse, don't delete any character art. If it's an alt version you're free to, as long as you leave at least ONE version of the art.Don't use my designs to make NFTs.If I am uncomfortable with you owning a design I created for you they will then go on strict trade back only rules (I will tell you if I get uncomfy, this will only be in extreme cases).
If you copy a design of mine I have full rights to claim the knock-off vers. of my design, unless it is a sibling design and you asked for my permission while creating it.I reserve the right to revoke your ownership of my designs if I have you blacklisted and you obtain the design after your blacklisting.If you own my designs or art you're free to use them how you would like, NSFW, gore, etc. as long as it's not feral NSFW, racist, homophobic, NFT stuff, and other problematic things.I also ask you don't use them commercially unless you ask and have permission, and that will probably cost a fee of some sort.

I need a clear reference for what character I will be drawing, if I can't tell what is what I won't do the commission.Payment upfront or half before sketch half after completion, I will not take payment after the art is done to avoid scamming.If I start a commission I will not refund, you have until I start the sketch to ask for a refund.Don't be rude to me or demand I get your art done fast, checking up is okay, just don't rush me or it wont get done.You cannot claim any art I've done as your own or repost it without giving me proper credit somewhere, even if it's your character.You cannot commission art for someone on my blacklist. If you are caught doing so you will be blacklisted and the commission stopped (only viable for refund if sketch wasn't done already).It can take a day or a month for me to finish my art, I have work and personal life to focus on and I don't work on art 24/7Once the art has been started I won't allow a refund or for you to back out of paying without some form of compensation for work I've doneI will work on commissions how I please, I typically try to go in order of who commissioned me first but sometimes I go easiest to hardestIf you want a WIP sketch (if you paid upfront) please ask! I wont send a sketch otherwise, I just typically don'tUnless I try to conversate, please don't try to talk to me outside of your commission, I have very bad anxiety and may be uncomfortable with it

As the artist I hold every right to use the art I draw as an example for future commissioners.Nobody is allowed to re-sell, trace, alter, or claim my art (as their own) without consent from me, the artist.Nobody is allowed to make NFTs of my art or use it to help AI.Commissioners are allowed toRepost the artwork WITH CREDIT! If you need to know how to credit me, ask.Print the art as various things (keychains, stickers, pillows, shirts) as long as credit goes to me as the artist.
This doesn't mean you can print 100 keychains and sell them using my art you bought for $20. I ask to be paid for any commercial use.Use the art to promote themselves, as long as credit is given.Use the art as icons, banners, etc. on social medias as long as credit is given.

👾 TRD BACK TOS👾

OCs that are on trd back only are to be traded or sold to only me, I will offer art/characters/money to compensate, but they cannot be trded/given to anyone else.
Don't hide the character without permission, ask before you hide any character on trd back it makes me worried they are deleted or trded. If you are told you can hide them be prepared to authorize me on TH so I can see them still.
Do not put them up for entertaining offers, you will not be able to sell them anyways.
If you want to end a trd back only please ask me and I will let you know if I am comfortable with the character being traded away.
If you break my rules of trd back only then you will be perma blacklisted, blocked, and the OC taken back, if not willingly then by force.Any of these rules that say "OCs"/"characters" applies to any characters that are traded from me to someone else even if the design isn't mine (unless this infringes on the designers TOS)

🌟 CO OWN TOS🌟

Any OC co-owned with me is automatically on a trade back rule (please refer to my trade back TOS).You cannot sell your half of the co-own unless I explicitly say so.If you want to sell your part of a co-own you have to let me offer first, I have priority offer.If I give you permission to sell your part you can't sell it to anyone on my blacklist/blocklist.You have to keep in contact with me during a co-own, if you don't the TOS still applies and you must still abide by it.Don't redesign the OC heavily, small changes to fit your idea of the character is okay though.Don't act like you have more ownership over the character, we share the ownership equally.If you don't want to stick with my idea of the OCs personality, story, etc. you can make your half a completely different character.You must have it marked on the profile somewhere (tags or desc) that they are co-owned with me.We will have separate profiles, any images you add to your profile must be added to mine to keep track of the art.Any art commissioned or made by me won't be added to your halves worth, and vice versa.
If I draw a $20 full, it will be added to both galleries but only add worth to my half of the co-own, since you didn't buy/draw the piece.No deleting art from the profile at all.No ping listing anyone unless I give you permission to do so.Any of these rules that say "OCs"/"characters" applies to any characters that are traded from me to someone else even if the design isn't mine (unless this infringes on the designers TOS)

Don't trace or reference my characters/designs/art without asking. Small references are fine but don't straight steal important aspects of my designs/characters/art.You cannot force refund without a viable reason and proof (such as the character traded to you being stolen) This includes design and art trades when my half has been finished, you can't cancel no matter what.If you cancel mid a huge payment plan I will not refund. I will try to compensate but I probably won't have the money to refund therefore I will not do so.If you trade me a stolen character, I will be taking back whatever I traded, and reporting and blacklisting you (willingly or not).If I am uncomfortable with you owning an OC I traded to you they will then go on strict trade back only rules (I will tell you if I get uncomfy, this will only be in extreme cases)If you copy an OC of mine I have full rights to claim the knock-off vers. of my OC.I own all rights to the art of my characters unless you have permission by me you cannot use art of my characters for anything unless you drew the art and use it to advertise.Any of these rules that say "OCs"/"characters" applies to any characters that are traded from me to someone else even if the design isn't mine (unless this infringes on the designers TOS)
